Step 1

Register your business
There are 3 options to do the same. Please select the best option based on the differences listed below.

Private Limited Company LLP Proprietorship

Ideal For:
1) Best suited for individual traders and online sellers

Time Taken: 2 Days

Cost: Rs 15,000

 

Step 2

Apply for a shop and establishment act license
It will cost you Rs 1500 to Rs 3500 depending on the type of structure. It will take only 2 days to get his registration. It is compulsory for all types of businesses and is mandatory to display the license at the registered office.

Step 3

Apply for GST registration
This is a compulsory registration required to sell online. The time required for the same may be 5 days.
